DIVORCE

Divorce

If you and your spouse do not agree on the divorce or on dividing property, childcare/visitation, or alimony, you will NOT be able to file a quick and Cheap divorce!

Now that we have got that out the way, there are two types of divorce  – uncontested and contested. You and your spouse want an Uncontested divorce (Cost $299 to $499) to avoid a high costing divorce ($7,000 – $15,000+). Whats the difference?

Uncontested Divorce Cheapest

If your spouse and you agree on the major terms of the divorce, uncontested divorces are the easiest kind and take the least amount of time. Most of the time, for uncontested divorces, you do not require to appear in court. All you need to do is prepare an agreement, fill out the necessary forms and send the completed forms to the court.

Typically, uncontested divorces are much quicker as you agree with your spouse on most of the major issues such as:

  • Spouse support
  • Property division
  • Division of debt
  • Child custody and visitation
  • Child support
  • Health and life insurance
  • Education, religion, etc.

Contested Divorce Expensive

A contested divorce is when your spouse and you do not agree on some or all the issues of the divorce such as property issues or child custody, etc. However, if your spouse and you disagree on certain issues, then via mediation and other alternative methods, you may be able to keep the divorce proceedings from going to the court.

So, if you’re looking for a fast divorce, then an uncontested divorce is the best way and this will also help to save on your legal fees, allow you to get through the entire process much faster than a contested divorce and also causes much lesser stress.Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Debt Management, Debt Consolidation, & Debt Settlement

Our 4- Step Approach to Debt Management ,Debt Consolidation , & Debt Settlement

Debt management is a program that helps reduce your amount of debt as well as the time it takes to pay off that debt. You will work with a credit counselor who will negotiate with your creditors on your behalf to help reduce your rates, create a payment plan and stop those harassing collection calls and letters.

  1. One of our credit counselors will start by taking an in-depth look at your various unsecured debts to help prioritize where your money should go. Your unsecured debts are ones that are not attached to a particular asset such as your credit cards, medical bills, student loans and personal loans.
  2. After assessing your financial situation, we will then contact your creditors on your behalf to help reduce your outstanding interest and lower your payments by up to 50 percent.
  3. Once we’re finished negotiating with the creditors, we will consolidate your various debts into one easy and affordable monthly payment.
  4. Our credit counseling services go beyond just getting you out of debt. Our final step of the process involves helping you stay debt free. We will provide ongoing support and provide you with financial education to teach you the skills you need to stay out of debt. .
